McDonald's Ain't Got Nothin' On Me

My morning snack today was a Banana-Peanut Butter Smoothie. One cup soymilk, one half of a refrigerated, very ripe banana, two tablespoons of peanut butter, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. So simple, but so satisfying. I don't think it lasted 30 seconds. I'm a smoothie power-drinker.

Then around 1 o'clock I got hungry for lunch, and decided on a MONSTER BURGER! Boy, do I have McDonald's beat! Two slices of toasted whole wheat bread, spread with pureed avocado, and layered with a veggie burger, sauteed onions, and fresh tomato slices. On the side were tomato and cucumber slices sprinkled with salt, and baby carrots. I have to admit, I ate every bite of this lunch.
