I just wanted to pay tribute to a well-loved, adventurous, and not to mention talented, writer and pilot, who tragically died in a plane crash in Quinhagak, Alaska, June 2008. I never personally met him, but feel like I have after reading what he had to say, and hearing first-hand stories about him from my family. Thankfully, he was a Christian and is now with the Lord.
